Workflow sensitive emails

Often when using a workflow, the content of the generated email may contain sensitive employee information such as the employee National Insurance Number, salary details and so on

To aid with data security, any workflow step which generates an email has the option to send this as a sensitive email.

Simply put, when sensitive email is used the email sent to the recipient will contain none of the content in the email content but, instead, will have a link requiring the user to login where they can then view the email content securely within the system.

Please note: the email subject line will be sent as normal so please do not include anything sensitive in the subject.
