Error 603 - Too many failed log in attempts

To prevent brute force attacks, after multiple failed log in attempts your account will be frozen for 15 minutes. You will be unable to re access your account during this time even if your password has been reset. 

During this period, any continued failed attempts will only reset the timer so it is best to wait until this time has passed before trying again. 

 

As an administrator, you will be able to spot which of your user accounts has been locked out under the Company Users list; a red padlock icon will appear alongside the actions next to the locked account to signify that this account has been temporarily disabled.
