If enabled by administrators, employees can request training courses from within their self service accounts.
To request training, go to 'What would you like to do?' and select "Request Training"
Once selected, you will be asked to select a course from the course library. This will automatically complete all of the relevant information regarding this specific course.
Once the course has been chosen and the request date entered, select submit and this request will be sent to your manager for approval.
Once approved, you will receive an email to your work email address notifying you of the approved training course - the outcome will also appear under the recent actions section of the dashboard. Finally, the course will be added to your company calendar which is displayed at the bottom of the dashboard view.
In addition, training questions can be added by admin users to get more information from employees on why they are requesting the training.
