This applies to changing:
- Job title
- Job status
- Job location
Whilst you can assign each of the above when creating an employee, if you want to change them this is not done via the normal edit employee screen. The reason for this, is so that we can build up an employee job history which can then be reported on via reporting to show when an employee moved roles, changed manager and so on.
To change these you need to use 'Employee Change' which is the click the up arrow icon below the employee card which loads the Employee change feature.
