Duplicating a form

Duplicating Forms:

Within Natural HR, the ‘form builder’ enables HR users to create forms for various departments within the company to complete. In addition to this, there is the ability to duplicate forms. This would usually be beneficial for regular performance reviews as questions from a previous review can be duplicated and used for another.

First, a blank form must be created. This can be done through:

Administration > Company > Form Builder

Click ‘Add’ and you will be brought to the following screen:

Once the mandatory fields are completed, you can submit the form. Remember, to make the form active in the system you need to ensure that the ‘active’ field is set to ‘yes’.

Once the form is submitted, data from another form can be duplicated and inputted into it. This is found in the Form Builder page.

From here, all blank forms within the system will display the  icon. Click this, and you can choose which existing form’s data you want to duplicate into the blank form.

Note that the blank form must be the same form type as the duplicated data form. Select an option from the drop-down list and click submit and the form has been completed.
